🦑 Fiat Doblo 1.6 Multijet Engine Problems
Points. 4. Mar 3, 2009. #1. Hi, I have a 2003 Doblo 1.6 fuel that has done about 120.000 kms. Lately when starting in the morning (I live in a rather cold part of Italy) it is difficult to put the gear in reverse. And shifting gears seems a bit more difficult. Then, when the engine is warm it goes better.

Firstly, a 1.4-litre petrol engine offering 90bhp at 6,000rpm and 94lb-ft of torque at 4,500rpm, and 1.3, 1.6 and 2.0-litre Multijet diesels offering between 90bhp and 135bhp and torque of between
Can select gears with engine off. Clutch pedal can go up and down, but seems to not disengage clutch. Only time I've seen that was where the clutch pressure plate fingers had failed, or the clutch fork had failed. Both needed gearbox off to investigate further, so I'm definitely up for other suggestions. V.
Norfolk UK. May 24, 2015. #2. Don't worry too much about it being an active or dynamic model. You'll need cables from another 1.9jtd they differ depending on gearbox and engine configuration, you can use EPER at the top of the forum to look up the part numbers for these parts. Brand new from the fiat dealer each cable is about £90-100 so if
This is largely in part to the MultiJet diesel engines with the 1.6-litre emitting just 138g/km of CO2 despite a power output of 105bhp – impressive for a car and engine of this size. While there have been problems in the past, Fiat continues to improve on its reliability with the latest models proving robust and mechanically well put together.
He told me that if you need a replacement engine as well as sourcing one from a Combo or Corsa the same engine is used in the 1.3 Astra and you can also use one from a Fiat with a 1.3 multijet engine used in the Doblo or Punto as it is the same engine.
London, UK. Mar 8, 2010. #2. Hi Ken, Welcome to the FF. If the battery, starter motor and wiring are all OK and the starter motor still just clicks, only thing left is seized engine. Possibly cam belt gone causing it as the car cut out on you. Last edited: Mar 8, 2010. OP.

Cena testnega vozila: 17.200 EUR.
4. Engine problems. Most Fiat cars come with engine issues. The Fiat Doblò is not an exception. Some of the notable engine issues with this model are slow starting, loud tapping from the engine, and sudden overheating. These issues can be fixed as long as you fix the primary causes. Slow start is normally caused by a damaged or worn-out
The 1.6-litre diesel engine is also disappointing. It’s all too easy to catch the turbo off-boost, leaving you reaching for a lower gear. 2nd Fiat Doblo 1.6 Multijet Eleganza - currently
